We are a Multinational Company providing Container Depot and Warehousing service located in North Jakarta. We are now seeking for YOUNG, DYNAMIC AND RESPONSIBLE candidate to join us.
Job description:
- Selection and recruitment of new employees
- Able to make reports correctly and thoroughly
- Handle the employee payroll system
- Develop employee potential and skills
- Conduct evaluations, assess employee work
- Help resolve industrial relations conflicts
- Coordinate with external parties
- Maintain harmonization with Labor Unions
- Circulate Management policies
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law
- Work experience min. 1 year in the field
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
- Understand applicable employment and tax laws
- Firm, honest, thorough, able to work independently, responsible and with high loyalty
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
